Damien Charléty has been serving as the Executive Officer for the AC Transit Employees’ Retirement System since 2023. Damien previously managed public investment portfolios for the City of San Jose and the East Bay Municipal Utility District. While at EBMUD, he also oversaw investment operations for the EBMUD Employees’ Retirement System. Damien also worked in the Public Finance section in the City of Sacramento Treasurer’s Office where he focused on short-term issuance and compliance. Damien is a graduate in Economics and International Relations from the University of California at Davis.
